To support its continuous business growth, BRAC Bank is currently looking for ambitious, smart, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individuals for the following position in our Communication Division:
Senior Manager, External Affairs
Employment Type: Full Time
Ensure media coverage with a press release, executive interview and feature placement                
Media relationship management as per policy and priority
Engagement with media-men, greetings, rapport with newsroom and commercial/marketing people 
Industry and trend analysis of PR, advertisement and CSR for management strategy
Media buying and negotiation as per requirement of businesses
Media intelligence and crisis management
Execution of press conference and media engagement events
Plan and execute CSR and Sustainable programs as per guidance of Sustainable Finance Committee
Plan and implement sponsorship programs
Draft and ensure quality of communication content for the company’s annual report, sustainability report and all other reports that uphold the company’s image
Assist the management with communication content in the form of talking points/ speeches to help them uphold the company’s image among the stakeholders wherever applicable
Develop a comprehensive communications strategy and align the bank’s exposure to media accordingly
Master’s/MBA degree from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record
Minimum 10 years of hands-on work experience in relevant role
Proactive and self-starter                
Strong interpersonal communications, presentation and negotiation skills 
Expertise in media relations and ability to handle crisis situation
Flawless writing skills both in Bangla and in English
Creative and innovative
Skills in social media
Willing to challenging task and ability to maintain strict deadline
